New Jersey Judiciary seeks a self-directed accounting professional for the Finance Division in the Monmouth Vicinage. The role focuses on bank reconciliations, disbursement processing, and assisting with commodity purchases.

Primary location is Freehold with potential support at Ocean Township; hybrid work up to 2 days remote. Strong communication and internal controls knowledge are required, along with Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university; requires 21 accounting/finance-related credit hours.
• Strong knowledge of financial and internal control processes; able to interpret data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsabilités

• Perform cash control functions and daily reconciliations.
• Prepare, reconcile and submit financial reports; analyze financial data.
• Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements; enter accounting entries.
