Qualifications

• 7+ years overall IT experience with 5+ years of ServiceNow HAM Pro experience.
• 3+ years of IT Asset Management experience.
• Strong expertise in HAM Pro, ITAM, CMDB, Discovery, CSDM, ITSM, and Asset-to-CI relationships.
• Experience integrating Intune, SCCM, Entra ID, ERP, Procurement, and HR systems.
• Excellent consulting, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HAM Pro implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
• Define and optimize hardware asset lifecycle processes from procurement through retirement and disposal.
• Integrate HAM Pro with CMDB, Discovery, ERP, Procurement, HR, Endpoint Management, and vendor platforms.
• Improve asset and CI data quality through normalization, reconciliation, and compliance initiatives.
• Drive data migration, reporting, dashboards, governance, and audit readiness.
• Conduct customer workshops, manage stakeholders, and provide delivery leadership.
• Mentor technical teams and promote ServiceNow best practices and out-of-the-box solutions.

Key Responsibilities
