Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Nashville is seeking an Asset Management Business Partner to own lifecycle performance of assets across the BU.

You will oversee fleet management, margin analysis, and customer/location profitability, coordinating asset processes with Sales, Rental, Maintenance, SCS, RVS, and Finance. Reporting to the Director of Asset Management, you will lead asset reviews and drive cross-functional initiatives to maximize ROA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Five+ years of rental, operations, sales or related industry experience required.
• Willingness to travel 20-30%.

Responsibilities

• Fleet management and asset performance analysis across assigned BU.
• Coordinate asset processes across Sales, Rental, Maintenance, SCS, RVS and Finance.
• Lead asset reviews and deployments of assets across product lines.
