• Maintains and monitors a standard system identifying, labeling, and controlling non-consumable fixed asset property using inventory software.
• Maintains and monitors inventory records to identify surplus, shortage, duplication, or loss of property.
• Organizes and compiles data for report preparation.
• Assists staff in locating, tagging, recording, transferring, and disposing of fixed assets at various locations.
• Conducts periodic physical counts and reconciles with inventory balances.
