Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Senior Inventory Management and Property Control professional to lead inventories, ensure accountability, and support audit readiness across offices. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and eight years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Eight years of professional experience in a similar or related field.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Forklift certification within 30 days of commencing work and every 24 months as required.
• Familiarity with sponsor logistics regulations and financial policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise other contractor personnel in task completion.
• Coordinate with Senior Logistics Staff Officer to align with Office of Logistics priorities.
• Process routine inventory requests by validating receipt of goods against requirements.
• Provide status updates to designated staff and Office of Logistics focal points.
• Update electronic records with status/location of items.
• Issue and maintain hand-receipts and process property transactions in sponsor systems.
• Scan/create electronic records for auditable financial statements.
• Assist in property inventory, reconcile discrepancies, and retrieve information from databases.
• Maintain vehicle and telephones inventories and tracking databases.
• Handle vehicle requests and mileage reports; prepare GSA usage charts.
• Distribute parking permits and E-ZPass devices; issue loaner vehicles.
