Job summary

M. J. Electric, LLC, a Quanta Services company, seeks an Asset Coordinator to manage tool and equipment inventory, coordinate shipping and receiving to job sites, and support regional asset needs.

This role partners with the Regional Asset Manager to ensure timely asset delivery and accurate inventory records. Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to supervise a small crew of mechanics are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, initiative, and teamwork abilities.
• Solid mechanical knowledge and computer skills.
• Ability to reorganize work and adapt to changing priorities.
• Supervise mechanics with evolving priorities and deadlines.
• Organize inventory and meet internal customer needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities to maintain tool and equipment inventory.
• Ensure timely shipping and receiving of orders to job sites.
• Work with Regional Asset Manager to support equipment needs.
• Track usage and transfer tools on/off projects in MJ system.
• Perform warehouse duties and maintain organized staging areas.
• Communicate policies and train personnel on tool control processes.
