Job summary

Summit Line Construction, a Summit Line subsidiary of Quanta Services, seeks an Asset Coordinator for the Phoenix team to manage rental equipment, fleet vehicles, power tools, and company assets across multiple sites. You will track, audit, and optimize utilization with a focus on accuracy and cost-efficiency.

Responsibilities include coordinating deliveries, documenting transfers, and maintaining Excel-based systems while collaborating with Fleet Manager, project teams, and vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or additional training in business, logistics, construction management, fleet operations, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years in equipment or tool rental operations is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with Excel; experience with Equipment 360 or similar asset management systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain asset records and tracking across locations.
• Coordinate equipment delivery, transfer, and returns.
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Update tracking systems and support monthly reporting.
