Qualifications

• Bachelor-level experience not required; strong fundamentals in inventory control and asset management are essential.
• Ability to operate forklift and perform warehouse tasks safely and efficiently.
• Experience coordinating with field operations and project managers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Regional Asset Manager to meet equipment and tooling needs.
• Ensure timely receipt and delivery of assets to job sites.
• Track asset usage and maintain accurate records of transfers.
• Demobilize assets with project completion in coordination with supervision.
• Perform physical inventory and organize warehouse stock.
• Maintain organized warehouse and staging areas for tools and equipment.
• Train staff on tool and equipment policies and procedures.
• Liaise with Tool Control & Leasing for transfers, repairs, and obsolescence.
