Job summary

Summit Line Construction, a Quanta Services company, is seeking an Asset Coordinator to support Phoenix operations. The role focuses on inventory, tracking, and management of rental equipment, vehicles, tools, and assets across sites.

You'll collaborate with Fleet, project teams, vendors, and field ops to maintain accurate records, coordinate transfers, and ensure timely equipment availability while optimizing costs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or additional training in business, logistics, construction management, fleet operations, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years in equipment or tool rental operations is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with asset tracking software preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain asset records and tracking across locations.
• Track assignments, locations, transfers, and rental status.
• Conduct regular physical inventory audits.
• Coordinate equipment delivery, transfer, and returns.
• Travel to multiple job sites up to 50% of the time.
• Support rental sourcing and vendor coordination.
• Ensure safety compliance and documentation.
