Job summary

El Paso Community College seeks a Property Control Coordinator to coordinate, organize, plan, and ensure accuracy of equipment management across the district. You will develop, implement, and monitor physical inventory activity, including transfers and disposal of tangible property, and manage district-wide storage and warehouse functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience, or equivalent.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to supervise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate physical inventory activities and asset accountability.
• Oversee warehousing, storage, reallocation, and disposition of surplus property.
• Develop reports and queries for internal and external needs.
• Maintain asset tracking system accuracy, depreciation, and assignments of responsibility.
• Assist Director in staff direction to meet operational deadlines.
• Identify process improvements in inventory applications.
