Job summary

UT Health San Antonio is seeking a Supervisor to oversee property & equipment inventory, ensuring accurate records and audit readiness across the asset lifecycle. You will supervise inventory clerks and coordinate workflows to maintain continuity of operations.

The role requires strong knowledge of inventory control and audit compliance, with leadership responsibilities including training, policy enforcement, and collaboration with auditors.

Qualifications

• Six (6) years of related experience.
• Knowledge of property control operations and asset management systems.
• Ability to supervise and lead teams, coordinate workflows.
• Experience with audit compliance and internal/external audits.
• Proficient in using inventory management tools such as TeamDynamix.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory oversight to ensure continuity of property control operations and regulatory adherence.
• Manage the asset management system to maintain accurate inventory and property records.
• Lead and support a team of property control staff, coordinating workflow and performance guidance.
• Plan, coordinate, and conduct annual physical inventories with accurate asset reconciliation.
• Oversee asset lifecycle recording, tracking, and reporting for audit readiness.
• Develop and implement a new annual inventory training program for compliance and staff readiness.
• Manage service requests related to inventory through TeamDynamix.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal/external audits and conduct spot checks.
