Kelly is seeking dependable Assembly Workers for a 2nd shift role in Charlotte, NC. You will assemble products per work instructions, using hand or power tools, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, with a pay rate of $16.50 per hour. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and prior assembly or production experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
• Ability to stand throughout the shift.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and use hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and attendance.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
• Must be able to complete onboarding, I-9 verification, background check, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Position Details

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Position Summary
