Kelly is hiring Assistant Machine Operators for a manufacturing company in Statesville, NC. This is a great opportunity for candidates with warehouse or manufacturing experience who are comfortable working 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced production environment.

Location: Statesville, NC. Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule; Every Other Weekend Required. 1st Shift: 7:45 AM - 8:00 PM, $16.00 per hour. 2nd Shift: 7:45 PM - 8:00 AM, $18.00 per hour. Pay Schedule: Weekly pay every Friday.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
• Must be able to work a 12-hour rotating schedule and every other weekend.
• Steel-toe shoes are required.

Responsibilities

• Feed materials into production machinery.
• Mix resin and other production materials.
• Move rolls of film onto pallets.
• Assist Machine Operators with machine setup.
• Enter production data into the computer system.
• Perform quality control inspections.
• Move and handle materials throughout the production area.
• Push, pull, and lift materials weighing up to 55 lbs.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety and production procedures.

Important Facility Policies
