Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Final Assembly, Technician II for the 1st shift in Greenwood, SC. The role involves assembling, wiring, and modifying high and medium voltage assemblies and sub-assemblies per drawings and procedures.

You will work to ensure quality using ISO checklists, manage material flow with Kanban, and collaborate with supervisors and engineers to address changes and customer needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, fit, and modify medium/high voltage assemblies and sub-assemblies per drawings and specs.
• Follow manufacturing information and supervisor/engineering instructions.
• Complete ISO/quality/customer checklists and production lists as required.
• Mount and install electrical equipment and perform wire operations.
• Maintain Kanban inventory levels and report shortages.
• Inspect assemblies for loose hardware and cleanliness.
• Respond to change notices and customer adjustments.
