Innova Solutions has a client hiring an Assembly Technician in Londonderry, NH. This full-time contract position runs on a 1st shift (4/10, 5:00AM-3:00PM, Mon-Thu). Responsibilities include mechanical assembly, epoxy use, and interpreting specs to meet blueprint tolerances.

The ideal candidate has a HS diploma or equivalent with 0–3 years of related experience. W-2 employment is required. Pay range is $20–$21 per hour with benefits including medical, dental, 401(k), HSA, FSA, life and disability

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 0–3 years related experience.
• Experience in mechanical assembly and interpreting specs is preferred.
• Familiarity with epoxy usage and precision tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assembly operations including hand work or automated equipment.
• Use of epoxies in assembly processes.
• Read and interpret technical specifications and documents.
• Wire, install components, bond, and torque with standard tools while following tolerances.
• Set up and adjust processes to blueprint specifications.

Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for an Assembly Technician. Position Type: Full-time Contract, Possible Contract to Hire Duration: 12months Location: Londonderry, NH 03053 Shift: 1st shift position, 4/10 5:00AM-3PM Monday-Thursday

Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing a wide variety of -mechanical assembly operations which may include skilled hand work or utilizing automated production equipment.
• Use of epoxies.
• Comprehends and interprets a variety of technical specifications, terms and documents.
• Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, Bonding application, Torque assembly tools working on small parts.
• Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.

Ideal Candidate

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of prior related experience.

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis.

Pay Range*: $20 to $21/per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
