Innova Solutions is hiring an Assembly Technician in Tempe, AZ for a full-time contract role (12 months) with a 9/80 schedule and occasional overtime. Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for an Assembly Technician. Position Type: Full Time Contract, Possible Contract to hire Duration: 12 months Location: Tempe, AZ 85281 Shift: 9/80 schedule 5:00am-2:30pm; EO Friday 5;00AM-1PM Mandatory Scheduled overtime

As an Assembly Technician you will be: Assembler for Chemical Services to support the safe assembly, handling, labeling, packaging, and preparation of chemical-related products and service materials. This role is responsible for following work instructions, maintaining quality standards, using proper safety procedures, inspecting finished items, and keeping accurate production and inventory records. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, and experience in assembly, production, packaging, or chemical handling. It also requires adherence to chemical safety practices, proper use of personal protective equipment, and attention to detail in all assembly-related tasks

Work may be performed in a production area, chemical service area. May involve exposure to chemicals, fumes, or industrial equipment under controlled safety conditions

Ideal Candidate will have:

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS: Pay Range*: $19 to $19.50/per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
