Position Overview

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Manufacturing Technician.

Position Details

Position Type: Full-Time Contract, Contract to hire Duration: 12 months

Location: Malabar, FL 32950

Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing functions associated with a variety of manufacturing operations across shared services areas.
• Supporting engineers with equipment setup and calibration activities.
• Performing rework.
• Conducting quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.
• Using advanced software programs to collect and evaluate operating data for the purpose of making online adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment.
• Assisting in developing methods and procedures to control or improve manufacturing processes.
• Supporting engineers in experimental activities.
• Operating inline cleaning equipment to wash, rinse, and dry circuit card assemblies during manufacturing to remove contaminants and ensure required cleanliness and product quality standards are met.
• Performing repaneling of circuit card assemblies during manufacturing by safely separating individual circuits from production panels using approved tools and methods to prevent damage and ensure quality standards are met.
• Performing cycle counts of circuit components during manufacturing by accurately verifying physical inventory against system records to maintain inventory control, ensure material availability, and support production accuracy.
• Supporting additional manufacturing-related functions as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and 0 to 2 years of related experience.

Pay

Pay Range*: $20-$22 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis.
