Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an industrial environment with safety and environmental focus.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily assembly operations while ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and delivery goals are achieved.
• Promote a strong safety culture through active floor presence, coaching, and enforcement of EHS policies.
• Conduct safety observations, inspections, risk assessments, and ergonomic evaluations to identify hazards.
• Assist with incident investigations, root cause analysis, corrective action implementation, and EHS reporting.
