Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of production experience preferred.
• Computer experience with Windows Word, Excel, Outlook, JD Edwards and Internet.
• Knowledge of all material flow processes.
• Knowledge of safety policies and procedures and ability to promote compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate movement of material into, within, and out to manufacturing.
• Operate equipment such as CRTs and forklifts.
• Coordinate and execute employee training to ensure procedures meet quality requirements.
• Respond professionally to internal customer concerns.
• Participate in Kaizen events and Lean initiatives to drive waste reduction.
• Support continuous improvement through problem solving and decision making.
