Qualifications

• 3+ years in an industrial environment with emphasis on safety and environmental compliance.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily assembly operations while meeting safety, quality, productivity, and delivery goals.
• Promote a strong safety culture through active floor presence, coaching, and EHS policy enforcement.
• Conduct safety observations, inspections, risk assessments, and ergonomic evaluations to mitigate hazards.
• Assist with incident investigations, root cause analysis, corrective action implementation, and EHS reporting.
• Coordinate employee training, onboarding, and cross-training to ensure safe practices and adherence to procedures.
• Monitor production performance and material flow using visual management tools.
• Drive continuous improvement via Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and cross-functional problem-solving.
• Support compliance with company policies and EHS regulations while fostering accountability and teamwork.
