• Prior work experience in the corrugated industry preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating & maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all department employees and train staff.
• Plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance.
• Maintain quality, efficiencies, and production levels set by management.
• Lead weekly Production/Safety meetings and enforce corrective actions.
• Coordinate with supervision on repairs and preventive maintenance.
