Job summary

Green Bay Packaging is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee safety, quality, training, development, and productivity on the shift in our corrugated operations. The role leads cutting, finishing, and forming, with a focus on safe, efficient performance and continuous improvement.

You will train and develop personnel, analyze department data, enforce safety, and drive monthly meetings on quality and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with lean manufacturing techniques.
• Must be able to work weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the cutting, finishing, and forming departments.
• Manage department safety and efficiency.
• Assess performance and training of operating personnel.
• Provide training, development, and feedback.
• Analyze department data for improvements.
• Enforce safe work practices and lead daily safety discussions.
• Lead monthly meetings on quality, productivity, and process improvements.
• Provide quality direction to personnel.
