Job summary

Green Bay Packaging is seeking a production department supervisor to directly oversee all staff within the department. You will train, assign, and direct work, evaluate performance, and enforce safety, quality, and housekeeping standards to maintain production levels.

Ideal candidates bring five years of manufacturing experience with a preference for corrugated industry exposure; strong leadership and communication skills are essential to lead weekly meetings and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Five years manufacturing experience.
• Preferred: prior work in the corrugated industry.
