Job summary

Green Bay Packaging Inc. seeks a General Laborer for its Baird Display Division in New Berlin, WI. This on-site, full-time role performs stacking, feeding, and assembly tasks and assists machine operators to keep production running smoothly.

Training is provided and supervision is available. Candidates must be 18+, pass background checks and pre-employment screening, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand all shift. Overtime is required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires less than one month to become fully competent on the job.
• Must be able to interpret shop orders accurately.
• Fitness and background checks are required (drug screen, pre-employment physical).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Train to perform positions like stacking and feeding, and work in assembly.
• Assist machine operators to keep orders running smoothly.
• Perform general duties on production machines and in the assembly dept.
• Accurately report time and production on required sheets.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
