Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School diploma; 7–10 years of related experience preferred.
• Degree or certificate from a four-year college or university preferred.
• Strong knowledge of injection molding processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate Team Leaders, Production Utility, Zone Leads, and Inspector/Packers; maintain 24/7 operation readiness.
• Review daily production schedule; adjust staffing and resources to meet goals; coordinate with Scheduling/Purchasing on materials.
• Ensure adherence to Safety and Food Safety procedures; coach and develop employees; conduct performance reviews.
