Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Green Bay, WI facility to oversee daily production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. You will lead a team of operators and technicians, coordinate workflows, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory and company standards.

The role requires 3–5 years in production with 1–2 years in supervision, strong leadership, and familiarity with SAP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Manufacturing a plus.
• 3–5 years of production or food manufacturing experience; 1–2 years in a supervisory role preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, quality control procedures, and inventory management.
• Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to production workers; assign daily tasks and meet targets.
• Coordinate production workflows; monitor lines and ensure equipment and materials are available.
• Enforce safety protocols and company policies on the floor.
• Conduct training programs for new hires and existing staff.
• Monitor worker performance and provide feedback with corrective actions.
• Ensure product quality through inspections and testing; minimize waste.
• Oversee maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Maintain clean, organized, and compliant production area; conduct safety meetings.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production performance reports.
• Document safety incidents and drive corrective actions; collaborate on improvements.
• Lead cross-department collaboration for continuous improvement initiatives.
