Job summary

Green Bay Packaging is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of maintenance professionals in a high-demand mill environment. You will direct daily activities, oversee safety standards, and coordinate with Operations and Engineering to maximize equipment reliability and lean production.

Qualifications

• Minimum of recognized mechanical apprenticeship or equivalent maintenance experience.
• 5+ years industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing or heavy industry.
• Proven leadership or lead-person experience.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, maintenance practices, and reliability principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and direction to mechanical maintenance employees and contractors.
• Plan, coordinate, and prioritize maintenance work to maximize equipment reliability and up-time.
• Coordinate emergency repairs and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime.
• Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs and reliability initiatives.
• Develop employees through coaching, training, and performance management.
