Spherion Staffing, LLC is seeking an assembler to join their team. This DIRECT HIRE role focuses on assembling mechanical, electrical, and electronic components from day one, following detailed drawings and specifications.

The position offers 2nd shift or 4th shift options, a focus on quality, and a competitive benefits package beginning on day one.

Qualifications

• Follow prescribed procedures and methods.
• Ability to read and follow drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical, electrical and electronic components per drawings and specs.
• Insulate, wind, and hook up stators for motors and generators.
• Solder connections to industry standards.
• Adjust and align components to inspection standards.
• Use hand and power tools as required.

In this role, you will be a key team member, responsible for assembling critical components and contributing to the creation of high-quality products from day one.

Shifts Available

• 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4:00PM-2:00AM
• 4th Shift: Friday-Sunday, 6:00AM-6:00PM (Work 36 hours, paid for 40)

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical, electrical, and/or electronic components, sub-assemblies, and complete assemblies, following detailed drawings, specifications, and schematics.
• Insulate, wind, and hook up stators for motors and generators, adhering to established methods and procedures.
• Solder connections to industry standards, ensuring strong and reliable bonds.
• Adjust, fit, and align components to meet strict inspection standards.
• Utilize various hand and power tools as needed.

Skills

• Knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes.
• A strong eye for detail and commitment to quality.

Qualifications

• The ability to follow prescribed procedures and methods.
• A High School or Vocational School graduate or equivalent
