Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC is hiring assemblers for electronics manufacturing. Entry-level candidates new to manufacturing are encouraged to apply. The role involves assembling electrical systems, wiring, and subassemblies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1 years of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and read simple instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical or electronic systems and subassemblies.
• Install components, wiring, and casings as directed.
• Inspect wiring and assemblies during production process.
• Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, or blueprints.
• Test products to ensure they meet specifications.

Spherion is hiring immediately for assemblers to work in electronics manufacturing. This position is perfect for candidates who like working with computers and electronic devices. Entry-level candidates new to manufacturing are encouraged to apply!

Work Schedules Available. No Weekends Required!

Work Schedules

• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm.
• 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:00pm - 11:30pm.

Responsibilities

• -Assemble electrical or electronic systems or support structures and install components, units, subassemblies, wiring, or assembly casings.
• -Populate or modify/replace components on printed circuit board assemblies.
• -Inspect wiring installations, assemblies, and circuits during manufacturing process.
• -Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, or blueprints.
• -Test product to ensure conformance to specifications.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
