Job summary

Adecco Staffing in West Bridgewater, MA seeks assemblers with soldering skills for temp-to-hire positions. Shift is 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, pay $20-$22/hour DOE. This role involves hand soldering, wiring and board assembly, and routine testing.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail, fine motor skills for small components.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team to meet quality and production targets.

Adecco Staffing is seeking assemblers with soldering skills in West Bridgewater! These are temp to hire opportunities:

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday

Pay: $20-$22/hour DOE

Job Duties:

• Perform hand soldering and electronic assembly of wires, cables, circuit boards, and small components according to work instructions and specifications.

• Assemble, inspect, and test products using hand tools, soldering irons, microscopes, and other assembly equipment.

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, assembly drawings, and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly.

• Perform visual inspections and basic quality checks to identify solder defects, component issues, and assembly errors.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD-safe work area while following safety, quality, and production procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous experience with hand soldering, electronic assembly, or related manufacturing work preferred.

• Ability to read and follow blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and detailed assembly procedures.

• Strong attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and fine motor skills for working with small components.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team while meeting quality and production requirements.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
