Adecco Portugal is seeking a Manufacturing Assembler in Framingham, MA to support a growing manufacturer’s production team. You will assemble mechanical, electrical, and optical components with precision, handle small parts, and follow detailed work instructions in a clean, organized workspace.

Prior manufacturing experience is a plus but not required; a reliable, eager-to-learn mindset is ideal. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM with pay between $18 and $20 per hour and

Location: Framingham, MA
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Adecco is currently assisting a growing manufacturer in Framingham, MA with hiring Manufacturing Assemblers to join their production and operations team.

Our client manufactures innovative assistive devices designed to help individuals with vision loss. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys hands-on work, and is looking to build experience within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities Include:

· Assemble mechanical, electrical, and optical components

  • Work with small parts to complete detailed, multi-step assembly processes

  • Assist with testing and quality control of finished products

  • Repair and service devices as needed

  • Package completed products and prepare customer orders for shipment

  • Use hand tools, light power tools, and computer-controlled equipment

  • Follow work instructions and quality standards to ensure accurate assembly

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications Include:

  • Highly detail-oriented and able to complete tasks with accuracy

  • Comfortable working with small parts and performing fine, hands-on assembly

  • Reliable, responsible, and eager to learn

  • Able to follow multi-step instructions

  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

  • Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or quality experience is a plus, but not required

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
