Job summary

Adecco Staffing is partnering with a Hudson, NH manufacturing company to hire Cable Assemblers for a full-time, temp-to-hire role.

You will perform cable and mechanical assembly, read drawings, use measuring tools, and ensure quality. Shift is Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with every other Friday off; pay is $20.00–$23.00 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior cable assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and physical dexterity.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to established production standards.
• Perform box build and complex mechanical assembly.
• Read and interpret drawings, travelers, and bills of material.
• Use measuring tools, crimp tools, wire cutting and stripping equipment.
• Perform hand crimping, spot tying, and continuous lacing.
• Solder pins, contacts, and bus wire splices.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area; wear PPE.

Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Hudson, NH to bring on additional Cable Assemblers. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity supporting complex cable and mechanical assembly work.

Position: Cable Assembler
Shift:
• Monday through Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Every other Friday off (alternating schedule)

Pay: $20.00–$23.00 per hour, depending on experience

Duties / Responsibilities
• Assemble products according to established production standards
• Perform box build and complex mechanical assembly
• Read and interpret drawings, travelers, and bills of material
• Use measuring tools, crimp tools, wire cutting and stripping equipment
• Perform hand crimping, spot tying, and continuous lacing
• Apply heat shrink sleeving and boots
• Solder pins, contacts, solder cups, sleeves, and bus wire splices
• Pot assemblies as required and clean molds
• Perform spot checks to ensure products meet quality standards
• Notify management of product discrepancies or equipment malfunctions
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures
• Wear required PPE at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
