Adecco is hiring a Senior Assembler to support production operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for assembling and processing products while following established procedures, meeting quality and productivity standards, and maintaining an organized work area.
Assemble, disassemble, and perform production process steps according to instructions.
Follow visual aids, assembly drawings, and written or verbal manufacturing procedures.
Meet established quality and productivity standards.
Route completed products to the appropriate location.
Process accurate inventory transactions and perform routine inventory counts.
Maintain 5S standards and a clean, organized work area.
Participate in continuous improvement activities.
Follow all safety and quality procedures.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
0–2 years of manufacturing or related experience preferred.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
Experience using basic tools or equipment is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Transferable skills and experience from other industries will be considered.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours per day and/or sit for up to 8 hours per day.
Ability to use hands to inspect and handle parts and components.
Ability to reach, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb stairs as needed.
Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
Ability to perform visual inspections requiring close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception.
