Job summary

Monroechamber in Brillion, WI is seeking an Assembly Operator to safely operate machinery and assemble outdoor power equipment on the first shift. You will work in a fast-paced team environment and contribute to daily production goals.

Responsibilities include loading parts onto a paint line, following standard work procedures, and communicating effectively with teammates and supervisors while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Able to stand for 10 hours a day and perform repetitive tasks.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and able to use hands in fast-paced assembly.
