Job summary

This is a potential to hire opportunity on the 2nd shift, with duties including assembling LED lighting components and sub-assemblies, operating tools, and maintaining quality and records. The role requires reading work instructions, basic math, and the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and work well

• Ability to read and interpret basic work instructions and technical diagrams is helpful.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assemble LED lighting components and sub-assemblies according to work instructions and engineering specifications.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and light machinery safely and efficiently.
• Perform visual and functional inspections to ensure product quality.
• Follow standardized work procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or process concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards).
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.

• Follow standardized work procedures and safety guidelines
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation

Assembler Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Previous retail or fast-food restaurant experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and basic technical documents
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Frequent use of hands for assembling small components
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds as needed
• Good vision (with or without correction) for detailed assembly work
• Manufacturing/production floor environment
• Exposure to light machinery and assembly equipment
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
