• Ensure quality by spotting damaged materials.
• Notify lead when inventory is low.

Apply today!Assembly Responsibilities:- Read and follow work order instructions- Use pallet jack to move pallets of product to different locations- Use automatic saws to cut tubing and pipes, hosing–chop saws, and manual saws- Read blueprints for cutting and building the parts- Take piece of tubing and expand it within the exact tolerance specifications- Cut, trim, and attach braided metal and attach to hoses- Measure, compute and verify lengths of parts and drilling holes- Log individual jobs into the system to track time and participate in time studies- Place labels precisely on the product- Watch for faulty, damaged, or nicked materials or packages to ensure the Quality Policy and Objectives are being met- Notify lead when assembly/component inventory supplies are low- Communicate with co-workers in a positive, business-like mannerRequirements for Assembly:- High School Diploma or equivalent- Able to stand for extended periods of time; shift duration 8 to 10 hours- Able to bend, turn and reach throughout shift- Able to lift up to 20 pounds regularly, and up to 35-50 lbs occasionally- Able to work weekend and overtime hours as needed- Accurate counting and basic math skills- Able to work with hand tools, cutting machines, expander machines, presses, rollers- Able to learn and read blueprintsIND050QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
