• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent related work experience.
• Previous electrical or mechanical manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical assembly.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and job-related documents.
• Ability to read and write English, perform basic addition and subtraction, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise assembly and repair work.
• Ability to inspect work for quality and accuracy.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand and wrist movements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, or more with assistance when required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components into finished products.
• Mount relays, PLCs, and VFDs onto subpanels.
• Mount HMIs and control instruments onto panel doors.
• Wire components according to electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Perform mechanical assembly on panels, including installation of wireways and terminal blocks.
• Perform basic plumbing within electrical panels when required.
• Wire, assemble, and inspect electrical cabinets according to engineering drawings.
• Verify wiring, connections, components, and overall product quality.
• Complete assembly and testing tasks in a timely, safe, and thorough manner.
• Resolve or report assembly issues, discrepancies, and quality concerns.
• Prepare completed products for packaging and shipment.

• Perform basic plumbing within electrical panels when required
