Job summary

Adecco is hiring an entry-level assembler in Sealy, TX to support manufacturing operations. No experience required; you will learn to read blueprints, assemble parts, and operate hand and power tools in a safety-focused environment.

You’ll contribute to meeting daily production goals, participate in training, and maintain a clean, organized workstation. The role offers full-time hours, a competitive $16 per hour wage, and shift options with pay differentials.

Qualifications

• No experience required—ideal for entry-level candidates eager to learn and grow!
• Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods
• Frequent bending, squatting, twisting, reaching overhead, and climbing.
• Ability to perform tasks involving repetitive movements associated with handling parts and tools
• Comfortable working near loud machinery, metal debris, and temperature variations.
• Capable of safely operating mechanical and hydraulic equipment.
• PPE including steel-toe boots, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, and hard hats must be worn at all times.
• Requires physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery to efficiently assemble components.
• Conduct quality inspections on assembled parts, reporting any defects or discrepancies.
• Achieve daily production goals while maintaining high product quality.
• Assist in training new team members as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation adhering to company safety standards.
• Follow all safety procedures and report any unsafe conditions or incidents immediately.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors to support production needs.

• Shift 1:7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Shift 2:7:00 PM – 7:00 AM – hours differential

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
