Position Overview

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating equipment such as lathes, drills, grinders, presses, and welding tools to fabricate metal components. You will ensure production runs smoothly by maintaining machine operations, conducting quality checks, and collaborating with team members to meet production goals. Pay Rate

$16.00 per hour

Shifts Available

• Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Monday - Friday, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (plus hours differential)
• Saturdays are available for additional overtime

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Entry-level welcome — training provided.

• Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 pounds independently, occasionally up to 75 pounds with assistance or mechanical aid.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, squat, and work in confined or awkward positions for 8-12 hour shifts.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to handle small components and operate machinery.
• Capable of pushing/pulling heavy loads like carts and pallets.
• Willing to climb ladders or access platforms for maintenance or inspections.
• Able to work in environments with noise, dust, fumes, vibration, and temperature variations.
• Must wear all required PPE at all times, including steel-toe boots, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, and hard hats.
• Physically capable of performing repetitive tasks safely and with focus throughout your shift.

Pay Details

$16.00 per hour
