Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of retail experience preferred for external candidates.
• Knowledge of cash handling and POS procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assist store merchandising according to guidelines and price signage.
• Assist in inventory management including damages, markdowns, scans, and paperwork.
• Support ordering practices to meet in-stock targets.
• Provide customer service leadership and integrity of cash controls.
• Follow company policies, maintain store cleanliness, and safety.
