Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of experience in a retail environment preferred for external candidates.
• Strong cash handling and inventory management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assist with store merchandising and stock presentation per standards.
• Assist in inventory management, damages, markdowns, and paperwork.
• Follow prescribed ordering practices to meet in-stock targets.
• Provide customer service leadership and store operations support.
• Develop and maintain store security, cash controls, and paperwork deadlines.
• Contribute to opening/closing activities and store coverage.
• Review operating statements to identify trends and opportunities.
