Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 5 years retail management experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to transfer to Walgreens retail assets within the same hiring area.
• Willingness to accept assignment into Store Manager role, if offered.

Responsibilities

• Learn Walgreens operations and lead full store operations across front-end and pharmacy.
• Oversee front-end and pharmacy operations under Store Manager.
• Shadow Store Manager and participate in learning journeys and rotations.
• Support customer experience by coaching staff and addressing issues.
• Assist in compliance, asset protection, inventory, and store performance.
