Walgreens is offering an accelerated Store Manager development program designed to immerse you in both front-end and pharmacy operations. You will learn Walgreens SOPs, complete certifications, and shadow the Store Manager while rotating through stores in the area to prepare for a leadership role.

Engagement includes classroom and on-the-job training, ongoing feedback, and opportunities to demonstrate readiness for Store Manager responsibilities as the program progresses.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of retail management experience or HS diploma with 5+ years in retail management.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Willingness to accept assignment into Store Manager position.
• Willingness to transfer to Walgreens retail assets within the hiring area.

Responsabilidades

• Learn Walgreens operations to lead one-box full store operations across front-end and pharmacy.
• Shadow Store Manager and support leadership during the learning journey.
• Attend classroom learning, online training and on-the-job training with rotations.
• Follow development plans and demonstrate readiness for a Store Manager role.
