Job summary

Walgreens is offering an accelerated Store Manager learning program in which you will learn front-end and pharmacy operations while earning certifications required for the role. Under Store Manager guidance, you will shadow, rotate through stores, and complete development plans to demonstrate readiness for permanent assignment.

You will engage in classroom and on-the-job training, participate in performance conversations, and focus on compliance, inventory, customer service, and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Fluent English is required (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Store Manager to learn front-end and pharmacy operations.
• Assist in opening/closing shifts and delegating tasks to team members.
• Participate in rotations across stores and complete learning objectives.
• Support customer experience and coach staff on service standards.
