Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 3 years retail management experience or High School Diploma/GED with 5 years retail management experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (Except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended days, evenings, and weekends.
• Willingness to accept assignment into Store Manager position if offered.
• Willingness to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets within the same hiring area.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the operation of the store's front-end and pharmacy under Store Manager guidance.
• Learns and leads as part of the accelerated development path to Store Manager.
• Engages customers and patients, resolves issues and models customer service best practices.
• Supports store performance by analyzing data and implementing improvements.
• Complies with all policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
