You will lead sales, merchandising and operations tasks, recruit and train Teammates, and step in for the Store Manager as needed. Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service to each Guest.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise; assist guests in locating items.
• Lead by example with showmanship and high level of customer service.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates and assist in leadership development.
• Maintain visual standards and store presentation in line with brand guidelines.
• Perform operations duties including opening/closing tasks and loss prevention awareness.
