Qualifications

• Two+ years of leadership or managerial experience.
• Two+ years of experience in a retail grocery store preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assist with store merchandising and stocking to meet manager direction.
• Assist in all aspects of inventory management and prepare inventories.
• Follow prescribed ordering to meet in-stock targets.
• Provide superior customer service leadership.
• Support store opening and closing activities.
• Ensure cashier accountability and cash controls.
• Analyze operating statements to identify trends and opportunities.
