Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) to develop into a CVS Store Manager. The program blends self-paced, collaborative training over 16 weeks with virtual and hands-on experiences to build leadership capabilities.

You will be supported by a District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and a Store Manager coach to guide your growth toward store leadership within the designated market.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; four-year degree preferred.
• Experience in retail management or CVS supervision is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with leader in learning experiences to support path to promotion.
• Support store as a management team member and lead per CVS values and policies.
• Engage colleagues in support of CVS Health’s purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
• Willingness to accept promotion roles within the market.
