Job summary

CVS Health is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to develop you into a CVS Store Manager. The 16-week, self-paced program combines virtual and hands-on experiences and features support from your District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.

Applicants should have a High School diploma or GED; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent work experience; retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience is a plus.

• Actively engage with your leader in Key Learning Experiences to support you on your path to promotion during the structured program.
