Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Midland, TX is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to drive sales, merchandising and daily operations.

You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit new Teammates and provide leadership while delivering an exceptional shopping experience for Guests. Responsibilities include coaching teammates, maintaining visual standards, managing timely checklists and ensuring strong performance in sales, customer service and Loss Prevention.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and provide legendary service to each Guest.
• Assist Guests with merchandise selection and locating items to create a wardrobe experience.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education while supporting teammates.
• Maintain knowledge of sales promotions, policies, and security practices in the store.
• Lead by example with showmanship and high customer service standards in all areas.
• Support recruitment, training and development of Teammates to meet Buckle’s standards.
• Assist in visual merchandising, zone ownership, and maintaining a clean, shoppable store.
